Policies
Listed below are some of our company policies. We require a credit card on file for all bookings in order to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and your information is secured in a confidential way.

Cancellation
We understand that life is busy! We want to make sure our scheduling is as flexible for you as it can be. However, we require 24hrs notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Due to high demand in the dental field, early notice allows us to offer your appointment to another patient in need of care.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a $75 fee being applied to your account.

No Show Fee
The Chicklets require communication for any cancellation or rescheduling purposes. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment is considered a "no-show". Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate patients who repeatedly miss appointments, as it disrupts our ability to serve others. (Charge will depend on service scheduled and allotted time for service. In some cases the full cost of the service may be charged).

Flexibility
In some circumstances, if the appointment is rescheduled within a 2 week period we allow the fees for cancellation or no-show to be applied to the new appointment.
